The Schnitzer Vario provides the unique combination of flaking and grinding which is ideal for larger families or health food stores.

The Vario has a beautiful beech wood housing protected with a linseed oil coating, and a choice of either a solid wood or stainless steel hopper. It has fully adjustable grinding stones made of two natural materials: ceramic bound in corundum. The stones are easily adjusted for fine and coarse milling using the sliding adjustment lever found on the side of the mill.

Two stainless-steel rollers make up the crushing components, which are permanently adjusted to medium-fine for grain flaking.

The Vario has a powerful 360watt industrial-quality motor. A simple twist and lift action reveals the milling area for cleaning and maintenance if necessary.
